How much does a jet ski experience cost in Cape Town?
Our guided tours start at R1,500 for a 30-minute experience, R2,100 for a 1-hour solo ride, and R2,500 for a 1-hour shared ride for two people. Prices include wetsuit, life jacket, fuel and a qualified skipper.
How long is a jet ski tour?
You can choose 30 minutes or 1 hour of ride time. Total time on-site is usually 30–45 minutes longer to cover safety briefing, kitting up and the return.
Do I need a licence?
No. All experiences are fully guided by a SAMSA-registered skipper. No prior experience or licence is required.
Can kids ride the jet ski?
Yes — pillion passengers can be 10 or older when accompanied by a parent or guardian on the 1-hour-for-2 experience. Solo pilots must be 18+.

Pilots must be 18 or older. For our 1-hour for 2 experience, pillion passengers can be 10 or older with a parent or guardian.
What's included?
Wetsuit, life jacket, fuel, waterproof phone bag and a full safety briefing. All you need to bring is a swimsuit and a towel.
Where do you depart from?
Hout Bay Harbour, Cape Town. Free parking is available nearby.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We will reschedule your booking at no charge if the Port Authority closes the harbour or conditions are unsafe.
