Safety and Operating Standards

Every guest receives a safety briefing before launching.
Life jackets, wetsuits and safety equipment are supplied and checked before each ride.
All experiences are guided — a skipper accompanies riders for the full ride.
Riders must be able to follow instructions and stay inside the guided route and operating area.
Conditions are assessed daily; rides only run when the weather and sea state allow.
Our jet skis are serviced and checked as part of daily operational checklists.
Emergency contact numbers are monitored during operating hours.

Additional operating approvals, permits and insurance details are published only once verified by the owner.
